The Owl's Roost is the mid-size house. It has 2 bedrooms one with two twin beds and one with a king bed. There is one bath with a tub/shower. Living/dining area has an open ceiling with a free standing wood burner. The lower level has a futon and sofa bed in the family room along with a TV, ping pong table, foosball table, and full laundry faciliites. The patio doors open to the deck facing Iron Lake. Additional covered deck space has recently been added to the garage side of the house. Base rate for the Owl's Roost is $100 plus tax.
