The Big Oak is the largest of the three houses. There are two baths, one with a tub/shower & the other with a shower. A sauna and additional shower is available in the basement. The larger bedroom has a king bed plus a twin bed. The smaller bedroom has a bunk with a lower double bed and upper twin bed. A queen size sofa bed is located in the living room. There is a large kitchen and dining area overlooking Iron Lake. Full laundry facilities are located in the basement. Base rate for the Big Oak with 4 people is $100 plus tax.
